Delivery areas

We currently ship to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. Serviceability is checked at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Prescription-only items are dispatched after the prescription is verified.

Typical delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please record a video while opening and contact us within 48 hours.
